Testing, testing, one, two, three... testing

Well this is me, with an elephant and a beer in Mana Pools National Park, Zimbabwe.

Unlike many of the other parks I've visited in Africa, the camp sites at Mana Pools are unfenced, so animals of all shapes and sizes wander through at any time of day.

I've got nothing more interesting or witty to say right now, as I'm still trying to get the hang of how the whole blog thing works. Stay tuned for something more entertaining

Tony's head and an elephant's arse. So much could be said...

But instead, let's focus on the positive which is that you've clearly mastered the image insertion - putting you about six weeks ahead in your novice blogging course. Take a bow... Just don't bend over too far with the elephant lurking back there.

You know what's interesting, Tony was an airborne member of the glorious 177 Air Dispatch Squadron.

Haven't heard of them? The unit didn't get the recognition it deserved.

At least Tony has gone on to write darn good yarns!
